Boat Week Moved to June 18, 2009

The Lake Tahoe Concours d'Elegance, the highlight of the summer and boat week in Lake Tahoe is being held June 19-21 2009. A move from the past summer dates in August Boat Week this year has the best show planned. For the first time in its 37 year history, the Lake Tahoe Concours d'Elegance will be held in June. Officials of the event have changed the date for a variety of reasons from conflicting dates with other local events, becoming the opening boat show for the country and the Opening Event of the Lake Tahoe Wooden Boating Season, and feedback from participants and the community.
