Lake Tahoe Ski Resorts Upgrade For Winter

With the largest concentration of ski resorts on the west coast, North Lake Tahoe is upgrading the facilities at all the major resort areas. This winter Squaw Valley is adding a new detachable high speed 6-pack chair replacing the Shirley Lift Express. This chair will access 375 acres of intermediate level skiing. The superpipe in Central Park will now have lights for night boarding & skiing. East West Partners is finishing up the new Northstar Village. The new development is lined with high end retail shops, and 3 new condo complexes. The Village chair lift will wisk you up to the newsly designed ski area with more advanced and intermediate terrain, making Northstar a top end ski area. Alpine Meadows is going to get a major facelift as JMA ventures has recenlty purchased the ski resort. Homewood has replaced the Express with a new high spped quad and Lookout Mountain is getting expanded slopes.
