Lake Tahoe Summer Events

No question there is a lot to do in Lake Tahoe during the summer. River rafting down the Truckee river, golf at Squaw Valley and 3 courses in Nothstsar including the Jack Nicklaus Greenway course, fishing and hiking everywhere, wave running on Lake Tahoe and the big boat week festival August 9-13. The Lake Tahoe Music Festival July 31-August 9 features celebrity performers, and the legendary Shakespear Festival is July 10 - August 17 at Sand Harbor.
