Snow Dump in Lake Tahoe
A fast moving system dropped
1.5 feet of new snow at the ski resorts’ upper elevations in the last
48 hours. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is
calling for sunny, clear skies Thursday and Friday, with a chance of
snow today and Saturday.

“What has already been a stellar winter is getting even better,” said
Tourism Director Andy Chapman of the North Lake Tahoe Resort
Association. “North Lake Tahoe’s ski conditions are phenomenal,
especially with this last round of snow. It’s all perfect timing for
visitors, many of who will be enjoying a three-day weekend.”
